Kathryn is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Pilates Instructor, and Balanced Body Faculty member teaching private clients, continuing education workshops and group classes throughout the Boston area. In addition to her Pilates certifications, Kathryn is a certified Personal Trainer from AFAA, and a level 1 Thai Massage Therapist.
Kathryn’s continuous study of anatomy helps to keep her students safe and inspired to learn more about their bodies. This former NFL Cheerleader (Pats) and choreographer, draws from her love of movement to create exciting classes focusing on proper alignment using breath, rhythm and flow. As an incessant student of Pilates, Yoga and the mind body connection, Kathryn is forever grateful to all of her amazing teachers and the students that continue to teach her.
