 Ready, Set, Grow!

Come celebrate the new year and new blessings with You Good, Sis! We will enjoy a soulful flow set to some of our favorite female rap artists, reflect on 2017 with some intention setting for 2018 and make our own take home face masks. We want you to walk away feeling inspired, whole and ready to take on the blessings you deserve.

Jaylee Oberg and Rachael Junard are the cofounders of You Good, Sis? Two RYT-200 yoga instructors who first connected over the lack of POC wellness spaces in the greater Boston area and who are very excited to be cultivating this space and fill the need to increase diversity in the wellness arena.

Mission Statement:

You Good, Sis is the mental, spiritual and physical check in for the black and brown individuals who deal with the intersections of being a person of color in this day and age. We gather to talk about practices of self care, lift each other up and rejuvenate to give us the balance we need to continue living wholly. Through yoga, meditation, making meals, and other activities--we’ll be there to always ask, You Good, sis?

*note: You Good, Sis is for those who identify as black/brown women, all are welcome, but please recognize who the space is for.

**Please let us know if you need a mat, a limited number of mats will be available**

Please arrive on time. Those who arrive later than 1:15pm will unfortunately not be able to participate.
