You Good Sis ?
Led By Jaylee Oberg and Rachael Junard
November 19 th, 1:30-3:30
Theme: Channeling Through the Chakras
Jaylee Oberg and Rachael Junard are the cofounders of You Good, Sis? Two RYT-200 yoga instructors who first connected over the lack of POC wellness spaces in the greater Boston area and who are very excited to be cultivating this space and fill the need to increase diversity in the wellness arena.
You Good, Sis is the mental, spiritual and physical check in for the black and brown individuals who deal with the intersections of being a person of color in this day and age. We gather to talk about practices of self care, lift each other up and rejuvenate to give us the balance we need to continue living wholly. Through yoga, meditation, making meals, and other activities--we’ll be there to always ask, You Good, sis?
