Mindfulness + Yoga + Meditation + Accessible + Affordable = Wellness for EveryBODY.

A gentle reminder to get through your day, just breathe, pause, pause for the maximize potential, for a response, rather than a reaction. Take a breath.
— Lisa Leung-Tat
I see you. I feel you. I love you. I breathe with you. I silence my opinions so I can listen to your truth, let it land on my heart and breed generations of healing.

WHAT INSPIRES ME
The human capacity to change and the way in which the physical practice can transcend into transformative life lessons. I am inspired by the practice and hope to be a representation of that inspiration.

WHY I PRACTICE
I practice because it is the only way, whether on or off the mat. Practicing keeps me connected to my body and gives me insight on how my body responds both to internal and external influences. My practice reminds me to be present.

WHAT I TEACH
I teach slow flow, Yin Yoga, and facilitate meditation and Candid Conversations.

WHY I TEACH
I teach as a way of sharing what I have learnt with others and through this path also foster a sense community. To embody the meaning of yoga, to yolk or unite, and to use our collective practice for the benefit of all. It allows me to give to others

ONE FUN FACT ABOUT ME
I performed at Carnegie Hall in a Steelpan orchestra when I lived in New York and played tenor in a band I was a part of.

As soon as healing takes place, go out and heal somebody else.

WHAT INSPIRES ME
The human spirit, the ablity to adapt. In challenging times and uncertainty we move forward.
WHAT I TEACH
Restorative meditation, chair yoga, theme-based slow, low and power flow classes with a trauma informed, equitable, healing centered, approach. We connect with our breath, to ourselves, we move with compassion and flow in community.
WHY I TEACH
My mission is to use health + wellness as a vehicle for social change and racial justice.  The more I move the better I feel, in my own body. The benefits of self-care, self-compassion, mindfulness, movement and meditation is transformative.
WHY I PRACTICE
Yoga is my anchor.  It is a refuge, a safe space to breathe, move and feel without judgement. The mind, body and spirit grows stronger, yet softer, more resilient. I am keenly aware of my privilege. I aspire to practice the daily habit of karma yoga.
FUN FACT ABOUT ME
Drumming on a dragon boat with my friends at the Charles River Dragon Boat Races in Cambridge, MA. was a perfect way to overcome a fear of the water.
