Meditation

What is Mindfulness?
The ability to be fully present to all the moments of life, reducing the amount of time spent worrying about the changes and challenges.

What is Meditation?
An opportunity to breathe, connect and develop self-care resources.
We facilitate 30-60 minute sessions to sit, reflect, connect, breathe and soften.

We all deserve wellness.
Meditation classes (virtual and in person) with 5 or more students are available by appointment.

Our teachers are certified in SEL (social, emotional, learning), yoga, mindfulness, meditation intention setting, healing circles, journaling, vision boards and sound baths.

Mindful Meditation & Reflection
Sundays 6pm-6:30pm!

This class is virtual.

The class allows one to tap into mindful practices.

Lauren will lead a guided meditation which will be followed by a chance to reflect on paper (journaling or through sketchbook) and optionally out loud as a class!

A candid conversation if you will!

This will still be a choice based class!

Lauren is an advocate for mental health and teaches through this lens!

Lauren believes that these practices can aid in working through feelings & emotions, processing difficult situations, teaching beings to slow down, give your brain clarity & peace of mind, de stress, and feel more relaxed.
