Our Community
Members are the backbone of our healing community. Monthly memberships support teachers, a virtual platform and community pop-ups, led by a Black, female, health + wellness leader in Dorchester, MA., along with her cadre of diverse teachers. We hold an affordable, accessible, culturally affirming, trauma informed, healing space, where everyBODY is welcome.
A body positive, welcoming, accessible and culturally affirming community of wellbeing is the mission of 4 Corners Yoga + Wellness (4CYW) which was nurtured by co-founders Christine Rose and Karuna O'Donnell's. 4CYW graduate, Lisa Leung- Tat, with a team of wellness teachers are intentionally honoring that mission, holding safe spaces on zoom and at community pop-ups under the 4 Corners Yoga Wellness brand. Let’s move, stretch, breathe and heal in community.
A virtual only membership is for those who value community wellness and available to purchase and participate in virtual classes only.
An Ambassador membership (includes supporter member benefits) is for one who values community wellness, our devoted teachers and is able to financially support ongoing wellness pop-up, in-person classes, and community building events.
A supporter membership is for one who values community wellness, in-person and virtual yoga, health and wellness classes. Our supporters practice with our beloved, highly skilled, diverse yoga instructors. Yoga classes are daily. Meditation sessions are weekly. The Candid Conversation, a social justice discussion group meets biweekly. Members also have access to daily online health and wellness tips and resources.
