Our Mission

We are a passionate team of certified trauma-informed, BIPOC yoga, health, and wellness teachers, DEI consultants, and facilitators in the Boston area, deeply committed to the 4 Corners Yoga Wellness brand and its mission. Many have completed the formal 500-hour yoga teacher training.

We hold a safe, diverse, affordable, accessible, culturally affirming virtual and in-person healing space, where everyBODY is welcome.

Compassion a value to live by.

We welcome everyone as a student of yoga and believe all people have a right to wellbeing.

Kindness is a superpower.

We see ourselves as guides to create opportunities for all to be seen as learners, a space for self-reflection, for curiosity, and growth.

Community
