Sickle Cell Disease Center Members + 4CYW CLASS SCHEDULE

SCDC members will find 4CYW CLASS SCHEDULE with SCDC classes:

  1. Go to www.wellnessliving.com

  2. Log-in with the username and password sent to you from info@4cornersyogawellness.com

  3. Schedule and attend classes.

You will receive an email confirmation from info@4cornersyogawellness.com and one hour before the class starts with the class link.

If you do not receive the class link you can go to www.wellnessliving.com type in your login name + password, go to top of menu bar click MY SCHEDULE link to see class you registered for.

The classes are 15-20 minutes or customized based on students needs.

SCDC - MINDFULNESS MEDITATION -
15-20 Min Sessions focus on your breathe. Each instructor approaches the practice of meditation with their own unique perspective. Its always about finding a comfortable position that supports your ability to breath with ease and comfort.

SCDC -  CHAIR YOGA
15-30 minute session depending on the needs and expectations of those in attendance, we find a comfortable seat, we explore our breath and practice gentle mindful moves connecting breath, mind and body.

SCDC -  RESTORATIVE YOGA
15-30 minute session- Relax, restore and rest your body.  We take a comfortable seat at your desk, on the floor, on the couch, anywhere we can find comfort. We use our breath as our anchor to support, relax and restore your body.  We settle into a space of comfort and quiet to be with self to experience what’s inside. Let’s use these precious moments to check in and ask yourself how you feel to expand self awareness skills so we can use them when we need them off the mat.
