New Class Request Form

4 Corners Yoga Wellness does not have a physical studio to hold classes; however, we do have pop-up locations we can request. Could you complete the form, making sure to include any helpful information in the comment section that was not asked in the questions? For example, if you would like to teach a class on more than one day, add the dates and times in the comment section.

As of January 2026, 4 CYW classes: 60-minute sessions are $15. 90-minute sessions are $25. Once the class is confirmed, we create the class in our scheduling system, add it to our website, the Google calendar with a registration link, and post on 4CYW social media. We ask the teacher if they are on social media to collaborate and share.

The split is 60% to the teacher and 40% to 4CYW. If there are no registrants within 24 hours of the class, we cancel it.
