A practice rooted in possibility

Our mission has always been bigger than yoga poses.

We believe wellbeing is a birthright. We believe rest matters. We believe movement can help us reconnect with ourselves and one another. We believe wellness should feel welcoming rather than intimidating, and that healing doesn't happen in isolation.

So, yes—we are in a new chapter.

But we aren't starting over.

We are carrying forward everything that made 4 Corners Yoga Wellness meaningful in the first place, while allowing the shape of the organization to evolve.

The practice continues.

The teachers continue.

The conversations continue.

And most importantly, the community continues.

What we're building now

We are continuing to grow a network of talented, trauma-informed, culturally affirming yoga and wellness teachers who believe that everyBODY belongs.

Our offerings continue to include yoga, restorative practices, meditation, wellness workshops, community conversations, and opportunities for private and group experiences.

We are especially interested in working with:

  • Small businesses and organizations looking to bring wellness to their teams

  • Community organizations planning gatherings, workshops, or special events

  • Individuals seeking private yoga or wellness sessions

  • Groups looking for a thoughtful, accessible wellness experience

  • Organizations interested in bringing movement, rest, mindfulness, or conversation into their programming

This is one of the beautiful things about being a small organization: we can listen, respond, and create something that actually fits.

Supporting small can make a big difference

There is another part of our story we want to share openly.

Like many small nonprofits and community-based organizations, we are finding new ways to sustain the work we believe in.

We don't have a large studio overhead or a permanent classroom filled with people every day. Instead, we are building something more flexible: a community-supported ecosystem of teachers, collaborators, students, clients, and partners.

Private bookings, collaborative classes, workshops, memberships, and donations all help us keep the work moving.

When you attend a 4 Corners Yoga Wellness class, book a private session, invite us to your organization, become a member, make a donation, or simply tell someone about us—you are participating in that ecosystem.

You are helping a small, local wellness organization continue to offer accessible and culturally affirming opportunities for movement, rest, reflection, and connection.

And for that, we are grateful.

The Practice Continues

A note from 4 Corners Yoga Wellness

Dear 4 Corners Yoga Wellness community,

It’s been a little while since we’ve sent a newsletter, and perhaps that’s fitting.

The truth is, 4 Corners Yoga Wellness has been moving, changing, adapting, and finding its way into new spaces—sometimes literally.

Our physical studio door may have closed, but the practice did not.

If anything, these past few years have reminded us that 4 Corners Yoga Wellness was never really about four walls. It has always been about what happens when people come together with intention: to breathe, move, rest, learn, talk, listen, and remember that wellbeing is something we all deserve.

Yoga doesn’t always need a permanent address

Today, 4 Corners Yoga Wellness is a little different.

We are a small, community-rooted wellness organization without a permanent physical studio. We teach virtually, offer pop-up classes and workshops, collaborate with welcoming spaces throughout the community, and work with individuals, organizations, and groups through private and customized wellness offerings.

This model asks us to be creative—and we like that.

It means our teachers can meet people where they are. It means a yoga class can happen in a community space, a workplace, a borrowed studio, outdoors, or from the comfort of home. It means we can build relationships with other small businesses and organizations whose values intersect with ours. And it means that when you invite 4 Corners Yoga Wellness into your space, you aren't simply booking a yoga class.

You're helping create another corner of community.
