Usain Bolt, born August 21, 1986
Usain suffered a torn hamstring at his first Olympics in 2004 but went on to wet a new world record for the 100m sprint in Beijing four years later. He beat the record and se a new one for 200m race in 2009. On the day before his 30th birthday, Usain did something unheard of for a runner of his age: he won gold medals in 100M, 200m and 4 x 100m relay at the Olympic Games in Rio, 2016.
