Wake up your body in just 30 minutes with this creative, energizing class designed to build core strength, mobility, and total-body stability. We’ll flow through yoga-inspired sequences, layer in barre and Pilates moves, and add optional props like light weights, resistance bands, or a Pilates ball for an extra challenge.
Everything is made from mat-based materials with numerous modifications. no equipment required. Expect a fun, efficient blend of strength and stretch.
