We are delighted to offer an afternoon flow with Regina starting on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 12:00-1:00 PM.
Afternoon Flow -This all‑levels flow emphasizes accessible movement, invitation‑based cueing, and nervous‑system awareness so every student can explore the practice their way. Through steady breath‑linked sequences and options for rest at any time, you’re encouraged to follow your body’s cues and choose variations that best support you. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, this class offers space to reconnect with your inner rhythm, build strength and mobility, and cultivate a sense of grounding you can carry beyond the mat.
